Updated Review

So after a review, a filed concern, and an email sent, my customized ornament finally arrived… only to find out that it wasn’t 100% how I customized it. Images are provided below to where you can see how the text is flip-flopped from what I originally had it. Hopefully they are more careful when looking at other custom orders, as this was supposed to be a gift for someone else.

Extremely Faded Colors

One of two sweaters arrived with extremely faded colors, where the reds were more pink/salmon. While the difference is noticeable in the below photo, the difference is even more obvious in person. A support request was logged almost a week ago with no response thus far. This is a ONE star rating, necessary to specify here since the interface does not allow selection of anything but five stars.
