I’m quite disappointed with the cap. Looking at the picture it looks as though it is embroidered but it’s just a transfer. Smaller as well. For what I paid (double the amount in AU dollars) I thought it would come in the box but just a bag. It is nice but not what I was expecting.

This is a third bag that I had received, and I got this one and another one at the same time. I would like to return this and hope that the current person will get this one. I had ordered the same exact bag but with no name on it, can someone please stay in the correct direction?

I unfortunately received this and it was broken. I emailed and sent a pic of the broken ornament. I was sent a replacement only for it to be broken. I would HIGHLY suggest to STOP shipping them in a tiny box and put bubble wrap around them and ship with padding. Otherwise a cute ornament

I purchased several of these glasses for friends nd one for myself, and we all love them. However, unfortunately someone put mine in the dishwasher without my knowing it. Now some of the decoration is peeling of, and I don’t know how ro restick it. Any help?
