I’m quite disappointed with the cap. Looking at the picture it looks as though it is embroidered but it’s just a transfer. Smaller as well. For what I paid (double the amount in AU dollars) I thought it would come in the box but just a bag. It is nice but not what I was expecting.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my child and when recieved it a month later was not at all as pictured!!! Print is much smaller so can't even really read it or see details. Not worth price paid looks very cheap. Very disappointed 😥 Picture with side by side to see what thought was getting VS what recieved.

Absolutely rubbish. Looks great on the picture. Just a printed picture on a cheap bag. Don't waste your money. I feel really cheated out of my money and waited since June for this. Never again. It's not even quilted, the stitches are just on the picture. Cheap and nasty

I bought this tumbler as I thought it was so cute and looks like it's 3D. It looks like it has a cut out with the books and the characters in 3D but in actuality it is just a painted on picture. If I had known that I would not have purchased it for this price. I don't think it's worth it. The photo is very misleading.

Cheap crap ornament. The cheap piece of plastic they sent me doesn't even have the golden loop and red ribbon so it can't be hung from the Christmas tree. I complained that they sent me a poor quality item and they refused to refund my money or replace the defective ornament. I'll never do business with this disreputable company again.

I unfortunately received this and it was broken. I emailed and sent a pic of the broken ornament. I was sent a replacement only for it to be broken. I would HIGHLY suggest to STOP shipping them in a tiny box and put bubble wrap around them and ship with padding. Otherwise a cute ornament

I purchased several of these glasses for friends nd one for myself, and we all love them. However, unfortunately someone put mine in the dishwasher without my knowing it. Now some of the decoration is peeling of, and I don’t know how ro restick it. Any help?
