Purchased for my grandsons birthday. Arrived this week and is nothing like what is advertised. Was very disappointed

It is hard to describe in words how pathetically poor quality this hat is. Looks NOTHING like the ad, which shows an embroidered quality hat. The one you get is junk material with poor screen printed detail. Maybe for $5 or even $10, but for $30 plus shipping?!! Save your time and money and don’t buy any of the junk this website advertises!!! Look at the hat you get vs. the ad!!!!

I purchased a soccer themed customized backpack. The name was fine, but the number under my son’s name was cut off by the front pouch of the backpack. So you could only see the top half of the number.
I reached out to them with pictures and let them know that I needed this to be corrected. They sent a replacement, but the replacement backpack had the same issue so my son‘s backpack was never fixed.
I paid $54 for this backpack that never got fixed. I told them I wanted to send both backpacks back to them for a full refund, and they said they could not accommodate that request but could only offer a 20% refund of $10.99.
I will never be purchasing from this online store again.

This is very poor quality - I ordered the gift box with it and received a squashed cardboard box. The actual cap looks cheap and nasty- I was giving it for a gift but would be embarrassed to do that.

The Michael Myers detailing is terrifyingly good and it holds my blades like a dream. I gave one as a gift and now everyone who visits my kitchen wants their own. A must-have for any horror fan!

Honestly didn't expect it to be this heavy and well-made. You can feel the quality as soon as you pick it up. Already looking at getting the Jason one next.

I’m quite disappointed with the cap. Looking at the picture it looks as though it is embroidered but it’s just a transfer. Smaller as well. For what I paid (double the amount in AU dollars) I thought it would come in the box but just a bag. It is nice but not what I was expecting.

This is a third bag that I had received, and I got this one and another one at the same time. I would like to return this and hope that the current person will get this one. I had ordered the same exact bag but with no name on it, can someone please stay in the correct direction?

Not only is this bible cover very pretty it’s made really well. I love it for my bible and have had a lot of compliments on it.

I unfortunately received this and it was broken. I emailed and sent a pic of the broken ornament. I was sent a replacement only for it to be broken. I would HIGHLY suggest to STOP shipping them in a tiny box and put bubble wrap around them and ship with padding. Otherwise a cute ornament

I purchased several of these glasses for friends nd one for myself, and we all love them. However, unfortunately someone put mine in the dishwasher without my knowing it. Now some of the decoration is peeling of, and I don’t know how ro restick it. Any help?
