Shipping Information

Each Family Store product is made-to-order just for you, and we work with different manufacturing partners worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that this is also how we’re able to offer such unique designs and great pricing on our products.

We process orders Monday through Friday, U.S. time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please note:

  • The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  • Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7–10 days more than other US states.
  • Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
  • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame, especially during peak seasons.
  • International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  • Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.
  • When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

Order Tracking

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn’t getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.

Import duties, taxes, and unexpected charges

Importing duties, taxes, and unexpected charges are not included in our shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs might be.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. We provide a variety of shipping options depending on the weight of each item, the number of items in your order, and the location where the order is shipped to. The shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout after you enter your shipping address.

We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes).

From time to time, we also run special promotions with FREE worldwide shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. When these promotions are active, they will be clearly announced on our website, in emails, and at Checkout.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout, because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you contact the final-mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
