All of our items are made-to-order at FamilyStore, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. To offer a diverse range of merchandise, we have both in-house printing facilities in the United States and partnerships with global suppliers. We only work with vendors who adhere to our stringent quality control standards.

We ship our products using reputable carriers like USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post. Due to the made-to-order process and international sourcing, delivery times may vary. Rest assured that we prioritize transparency and timely delivery in order to provide you with a positive shopping experience.

When payment is accepted, orders are processed.

Estimated Arrival Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping time
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Please note:

  1. Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign:These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
  2. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
  3. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request. 

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow the progress of your package. Please allow the carrier 5-7 days to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If the estimated arrival date has passed and you haven't received your package, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

It is important to provide the correct shipping address during checkout because:

  • Incorrect or missing information on our end may require us to contact you for updated delivery information, causing delays in the delivery of your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us. In such cases, the returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be sent back to our warehouse. Before contacting our customer support, please double-check the shipping address you provided.

  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request forwarding or redirecting of your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
